August 2000 and 2002 Crescent City, Jedediah Smith National Forest, redwoods, Trees of Mystery near Klamath, where we rode through a redwood tree opening. It's 9'7" high and 7"6" wide. We rode at Mill Creek Trail Head. Pictures taken at Elk Valley Casino and Mill Creek Trail Head.


Sonora, California - picture taken on way back from Hawaii May 2005

Sonora was a gold mining town of 1849. One of the major highways is Hwy 49 in honor of the gold rush days. Sonora is where they hit the mother load meaning the highest concentration of gold. We went thru there on our way to the Yosemite National Park where I wanted to and did ride among the giant Sequoia trees.
