August 2003 We crossed over on the
Confederation Bridge, toured the complete Island and came back on the Northumberland
ferry. I rode with Walter MacQuarrie in South Rustico. We rode the fields
and roads. He was telling us about the large commercial potato farms and
it was also their lobster season, so we had lobster supper. Delicious. Our
waitress was Heather, what a nice young lady. The restaurant seats over
500 people, and they were packed all the time we were there. There were
several tour buses coming and going. The picture is of a big sign just after
we came over the bridge.
