August 2003 I rode the roads and trails around East and West Burke with a young lady name Ann, a guide recommended by Glenn, the lady who's farm I stayed. Ann was very nice, she told me about the history of the area. I know now why calendars have scenes of Vermont on them. The barns are picturesque in their styling, as if built by an artist.
